Non-Disclosure
We are a private vault, not a bank. We do not report your holdings to credit bureaus or strictly financial reporting agencies unless compelled by a specific court order or federal mandate regarding criminal activity. Your assets are your business.
Biometric Data
Iris scans and facial recognition data are used solely for authentication within our facility. This sensitive data is encrypted locally and never shared with third-party marketing databases or cloud aggregators.
Information Collection
We collect the absolute minimum amount of information required to secure your box and verify your identity.
- Identity Verification: Government-issued ID is required for account creation and access.
- Contact Information: We maintain a secure record of your contact details for billing and emergency notifications.
- Access Logs: For your security, we maintain a timestamped log of every entry into the vault. This log is available only to the account holder and authorized security personnel.
Data Usage & Sharing
Florida Intervault unequivocally does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
- We do not use pixel tracking or cookies for re-targeting advertising services.
- We do not share client lists with luxury good purveyors or other affiliates.
- We do not report deposit updates to the IRS (Form 1099) for standard box storage, as we do not pay interest on stored assets.
Physical & Surveillance Security
Our facility is monitored 24/7 by high-definition CCTV. Footage is stored on secured, private servers with strict retention policies. Viewing rooms are designed to ensure that even our staff cannot see the contents of your box once you are inside the private suite.
